Important Information

  • Tariffs and Special Packages rates might differ during the festive season.
  • The Company strongly prohibits the use of illegal drugs or employing any illegal  activities while inside the Car. Failing to comply with this may result in immediate  cancellation of the Contract, without any refunds.
  •  The customer shall pay as per the fare plan selected. Parking charges, toll  charges, additional night surcharge (where applicable) and any fee or levy presently  payable or hereinafter imposed by the law or required to be paid for availing of the  services.
  •  The booking will be for a particular cab category (SUV/Sedan/Hatchback/etc.) and we  do not commit on providing the preferred cab (Etios, Innova, etc.)
  •  Once you exceed the km limit for your trip, you shall be charged as per the extra  charges mentioned in the selected fare plan
  •  Waiting charges would be applicable after the cab reaches the boarding point.
  •  The AC will remain switched off in hilly areas
  •  If the Customer leaves any goods in the taxi or has any complaint in respect of the  services or the use of the taxi, the Customer has to inform Nivalink of the same in  writing within 24hours of using the taxi or the services of Nivalink.
  •  Nivalink reserves the right to cancel the booking as per the cancellation policy
  •  In case of partial payment, the balance payment of trip needs to be paid in after the  trip ends.
  • The  additional night charge will be applicable( as per the fare plan) . These charges  should be directly paid to the driver

Cancellation Policy

  •  If you cancel a Scheduled Ride 24 hours prior to departure, you will not be charged a  cancellation fee. Any cancellation request that comes in post the 24 hours timeline will  be charged 100% of paid amount as cancellation fee.
  •  All the cancellations will be made against the booking ID provided, please make sure  you have it with you during the time of cancellation.
  •  Nivaink will not be held responsible for any cancellation and delay of service in case of  any natural calamity, agitation or strike etc.
  •  Nivalink reserves the right to cancel or change the booking of a vehicle at any point
  •  Any modifications/amendments to the booking are not allowed
